Sales Administrator Benelux (m/w/d)
In this position, you will work at our sales office in Brecht in close collaboration with our local team and our production sites in Switzerland, Germany and Denmark. With your commercially and administrative skills you support our local sales team and have also a significant influence on the success of our business development.
Your challenge:
- Supporting trade fairs and events
- Providing newsletters and publications
- Entering orders in SAP and preparing them from A to Z, with the necessary follow-up
- Invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
- Customer contacts by phone
- Complaint handling
- Daily contact with colleagues in the office and the field
You are qualified in:
- Experience with SAP
- Commercially-minded
- Customer-oriented and customer-friendly
- Independent working with the necessary sense of teamwork
- Seeing and applying improvements
- Organizational skills
- Besides Dutch, good knowledge of English, French and basic German
You convince with your confident appearance, argumentation skills as well as your excellent organizational and coordination skills.
